  • Aerial Crews have completed hanging the new conduit and splicers are prepping the line for splicing.
  • At this time, we do not have an Estimated Time of Repair (ETR).

Current Status:

  • Aerial Crews have made it onsite to hang the new conduit. Splicers are burning the west splice point at this time.
  • At this time, we do not have an Estimated Time of Repair (ETR).

What happened:

  • Our Outside Plant (OSP) team is has identified the loss of light and found that there is a 96 count fiber cable that will need to be replaced.

Current Status:

  • Our team is actively addressing the situation.
  • At this time, we do not have an Estimated Time of Repair (ETR).
