Service Disruptions

Important Update: Change Your Router’s Authentication to DHCP Before November 15th

We hope this message finds you well. In an effort to enhance the performance and reliability of your internet service, we are making important updates to our network.

What You Need to Do: We kindly request that you update the authentication method on your router from PPPoE (Point-to-Point Protocol over Ethernet) to DHCP (Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol) no later than November 15th, 2024.

Why This Change? Switching to DHCP will allow for:

  • Improved connection stability

  • Faster network performance

How to Make the Change:

  1. Access your router’s settings page (usually by entering your router's IP address in a web browser).

  2. Navigate to the internet or WAN settings section.

  3. Change the connection type from PPPoE to DHCP.

  4. Save your settings and restart your router.

If you are unsure how to do this or need assistance, please follow your manufacturer's directions for your router.

Important Reminder: Failure to make this change by the November 15th deadline may result in service disruptions. Please take action as soon as possible to ensure continuous, uninterrupted service.

We appreciate your attention to this matter and your continued trust in our services. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us.

Thank you for being a valued customer.
